Meet Our Team

I first started working with Healing for the Heart as an intern when I was studying Community Development at Glasgow University. Over the past few years, I have developed the Made for More Personal Development Program and I continue to work in our Community Service.

I started my career in administration which I enjoyed but which didn’t scratch the itch I had to work with people. I always loved hearing people’s stories and knew I wanted to work therapeutically with them and eventually I found a way to train as a counsellor. I initially volunteered with Healing for the Heart and then moved into a paid role – a real dream fulfilled moment.

I work as part of the admin team in the office where I speak with onboarding clients and arrange appointments throughout the week. I also run the craft group on a Monday morning which is open to anyone to come along and enjoy.

For our second staff profile, we are introducing you to our Operations Manager Stefan.
