Stefan Meens
CEO
Stefan oversees the daily operations of Healing for the Heart to ensure our organisation runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing our team of professionals, volunteers and partners to focus on providing essential mental health services to those who need it. Outside of work, Stefan enjoys all things coffee, guitars and motorsports.
Jodi Duncan
Clinical Director
Jodi is our Clinical Director and is responsible for the management and development of our counselling service. She is a qualified counsellor and supervisor but also brings a wealth of experience in project management. Outside of work, Jodi loves to sing and is part of a community choir.Â
Becca Afrin
Administrator
Becca is the office administrator for Healing for the Heart where she helps clients connect with the service and supports staff members. Outside of work Becca runs a community playgroup and enjoys music.
Donna Ross
Community Development coordinator
Donna is our Community Development Coordinator and is responsible for Made4More which is our supported volunteering programme. Working mostly in the local community, Donna supports our volunteers through group work and placements into further education and work. Away from work, Donna loves to be with her family enjoying resting and relaxing in beautiful places.
Viki Campbell
Community development project lead
Viki is a project lead in our Community Development team. She heads up ‘Creative Writing’ and ‘Express Yourself’ groups and delivers training in the Community Resiliency Model. She is happiest out and about meeting and listening to people in our communities. A rich and diverse lived experience brought her to H4H as a client in 2020 and she’s never left! She loves her front row seat to see people transform their lives!
Ella Coyle
Community Development Project Worker
Ella is a project worker in our community development team, facilitating mental health and wellbeing workshops for refugee and asylum communities in Glasgow. She is passionate about creating safe spaces for New Scots to build community resilience and support. Ella also co-ordinates our volunteer program, developing and supporting our team of volunteers. Outside of work, Ella loves running, reading and time with her family.
Emma Stromquist
Community development project worker
Emma is a Project worker in our Community Development team. She works with school-aged children to raise awareness around mental health, enhance emotional literacy and support wellbeing. Through collaboration with schools, she aims to create a safe, nurturing and compassionate space for pupils to explore the topic of mental health and wellbeing. She is passionate about fostering a culture in which children do not feel like they must suffer alone or in silence. Â
