Community Development
We transform lives by building resilience through community development and training.
What: We work directly with communities most at risk of socio-economic disadvantages in Glasgow, we bring weekly groups, workshops, training and our creativity to meet people in Glasgow where they are.
Why: Because we believe everyone has the right to access a supportive community. We aim to reduce the stigma around mental health, reduce isolation and improve the wellbeing of people across Glasgow.
Who: Our team brings a wide background of experience working with people from all walks of life (and all ages!). We work on individual projects that support communities most at risk of social inequality and bring our creativity and responsiveness to new partnerships and community connections.
When/where: We work all across Glasgow throughout the year. Our team develops individual projects that we deliver directly in the community as well as working in partnership with third sector organisations, Glasgow HSCP and support services services to deliver bespoke training, groups and workshops to the people they support.

Bespoke Community Groups
Start the journey towards positive change by setting personal and learning goals. Tailored, individualised support to make sure that you get exactly what you need.

- Discover what you were made for and take the steps to get there.
- Work and learn together in a supportive, therapeutic environment.
Trauma Support
We are now taking referrals for our new Trauma Support service for anyone who is dealing with past or current trauma.
Delivered in 8-week blocks for groups, providing stabilisation and psycho-education support to help you to self-manage your mental health.
Creative Writing / Express Yourself
Get your ideas down on paper in our Weekly Creative Writing group. This female only group takes place every Friday at our off in Glasgow city and is accessible via Zoom too.
Our Express Yourself 6-8 week Creative Writing courses are a gentle, but powerful way to build confidence and inspire. If you work with a group of people who could benefit from having a creative outlet and improving their confidence, this is a great intervention.
Calm Waters
In our 6-8 week Calm Waters group, participants will explore techniques to manage stress responses. Being able to manage these responses and to develop new experiences of wellbeing will help to move forward with all you want to do and be in life.
This bespoke group will help build resilience in your community and or organisation.
