What is KCP?
Kairos Counselling & Psychotherapy (KCP) is the fixed-fee fast-track service offered by Healing for the Heart.
Self-Care That Helps Others
When you access this fast-track service, half of your fee goes to the counsellor and the other half goes directly to Healing for the Heart and supports the charity’s low-cost service, helping us to offer counselling to people who might not otherwise be able to afford it. This is self care that also shows your care for others.

If you want to begin seeing a counsellor as soon as possible, and you’re in a position to pay a fixed fee of £60 per session, this is the service for you.
The Right Counsellor for You
Finding a counsellor can feel overwhelming, so you may be reassured to know that all KCP counsellors come with the recommendation of an established and reputable counselling organisation. Every KCP counsellor is an experienced, fully-qualified practitioner who comes with the Healing for the Heart seal of approval, as all have worked for the charity, and many were volunteering with us while completing their training.
Availability
Unlike our low-cost service, KCP sessions can be offered flexibly, within the counsellor’s availability. We usually suggest that you meet your counsellor weekly for the first six sessions, but after that you can agree together how often you would like to meet. KCP counsellors can also offer a broader range of hours than you might find with other services, and you can choose to work online or in person – whichever works best for you!
KCP therapists work with a range of issues, from those which might be described as mild, through to the more complex.
The Details
KCP sessions cost £60 for a ‘therapeutic hour’ of 50 minutes. Because all of the therapists are known to us, you can be assured of experienced, excellent service.

To get started, please email KCP@healingfortheheart.co.uk. Within 48hrs you will receive a registration email. Upon completion, one of our counsellors will be in touch within 7 days to arrange your first counselling session.
